At ELMA Philanthropies Services focuses largely on the early childhood development and adolescent girls' portfolios. She develops and updates goals and strategies for those portfolios, builds strategic relationships, sources and manages grants and partnerships, and ensures that learning becomes institutionalized. Previously, she managed a variety of humanitarian, civil society and education-related initiatives with Catholic Relief Services in Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Zambia. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cote d’Ivoire and in Togo. She holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MPA from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
