Drawing on experiences across corporate giving, family philanthropy, and private foundations, Anu is an architect of initiatives, teams, and organizations. She is the founding Executive Director of the Raphael Family Foundation focused on supporting seasoned social entrepreneurs. At McKinsey & Company, she conceived and relaunched McKinsey.org as a philanthropic initiative that helps nonprofits be better at doing good by sharing resources and tools traditionally reserved for the private sector. Anu began her career in philanthropy at Johnson & Johnson. She currently serves as a Board Trustee of the Rippel Foundation and the Board Chair of the Student Basic Needs Coalition. A physician by training, Anu lives with her family in New Jersey, where you will find her reading fiction, practicing yoga, and taking long walks with her dog, Aashi.
