Launch & Assessment
Eligible organizations are invited to learn more and assess their fit for the WIN Narrative Challenge.
Registration Deadline
Before submitting an application, participants must complete registration no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
Application Deadline
Applications will be accepted approximately three weeks after registration has closed. All applications are due no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
Administrative Review
From the submission deadline through March 2026, the WIN Challenge team will review each submission to ensure it complies with application requirements and rules.
Peer-to-Peer Review
From Wednesday, March 25 to Wednesday, April 8 at 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, applicants will score and comment on five applications from fellow teams, using the scoring rubric (scores are normalized for fairness).
Evaluation Panel
Based on Peer-to-Peer Review, a selection of top-scoring submissions will go to the Evaluation Panel. Each judge will evaluate their assigned submissions using the scoring rubric (scores are normalized for fairness).
Awards Selection
Designated members of the WIN Council will recommend up to eight awardees who will each receive a grant of either $2.5 million or $5 million each.
