Teresa is a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at AlTi leading a number of client relationships at the firm. She co-leads the U.S. Client Advisory Team and is a member of the Management Committee for U.S. Wealth Management. In addition, she serves on the Impact Management Committee and is responsible for developing and implementing our impact proposition across our client advisory work.
Teresa has over 25 years of experience in wealth management and investment strategy & research. She has been instrumental in building out the firm’s Catalytic Impact Strategy and Gender Forward theory of change. She is a frequent speaker, writer and moderator and is widely regarded as an expert on issues of gender equality and inclusion in the fields of finance and investing.
Teresa is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a member of the CFA® Institute. She serves as Board President for Criterion Institute, sits on the Board for the Rwanda Girls Initiative and previously served as President of the Seattle Alternative Investment Association.
