Salditch
Taylor Salditch is a leader and activist organizing women to create economic, political and social change. Most recently, she served as the executive director of Supermajority, a women’s equality organization focused on making young women the most powerful voting bloc in the United States. Under Taylor’s leadership the organization trained 14,000 leaders, built a national membership of nearly 600,000 people, and contacted 20 million women voters. Salditch has a deep commitment to multiracial, intergenerational community organizing focused on values, not issues or party, and the transformational power of women as voters, leaders, and storytellers. Taylor began her career in the private sector, focusing on marketing, product, and user experience for financial technology and ecommerce brands. She pivoted into political and social justice work after realizing first-hand the private sector alone was not set up to address structural inequality. Taylor studied Political Science and Economics at Tufts University.
