Sarah Harden is a media executive and operator known for building and scaling premium content businesses across film, television, and digital platforms. Most recently, she served as CEO of Hello Sunshine and Candle Studios, Candle Media’s live-action division, overseeing more than 30 original series and films in production. At Hello Sunshine, Harden led the company from inception into a mission-driven media brand centered on female-driven storytelling and spearheaded its sale to Blackstone-backed Candle Media in 2021.

Previously, Harden was President of Otter Media, a joint venture between AT&T and The Chernin Group, where she led investments in global video platforms including Crunchyroll and Fullscreen. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Fox Networks Group and News Corp Asia, and began at Boston Consulting Group.

Harden serves on the boards of Magnite (MGNI), Angel City Football Club and the National Women’s Soccer League.
