Natalia Antelava is a journalist, media entrepreneur, and co-founder and editor-in-chief of Coda Story, an award-winning journalism studio that investigates how power operates in the 21st century. She also co-founder ZEG, a global storytelling network that breaks down barriers between disciplines, countries, and perspectives, and creates space for new ways of understanding a fragmented world.
A former BBC foreign correspondent, she has covered crises and wars on four continents and has reported undercover in countries like Burma, Yemen and Uzbekistan. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The New Yorker, Foreign Affairs, and CNN, and has been recognized with multiple journalism awards, including an Emmy nomination.
A 2024 John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford, she writes and speaks about how information, technology, and power are reshaping society — and how we can learn to see the patterns before they become reality.
