Miller
Ms. Miller counsels organizations through complex crises, including cybersecurity breaches, data privacy incidents, AI-related reputational challenges, investigations, litigation, and regulatory scrutiny. She has led communications responses for some of the most high-profile and sensitive data breaches, designed preparedness programs for organizations anticipating data- and AI-driven risk, and helped clients navigate trust and reputation issues at the intersection of technology, regulation, and ethics. Her insights on cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance have been featured in outlets including MIT Technology Review and Bloomberg, and at industry forums such as the Public Relations Society of America and the SANS Institute’s Digital Forensics and Incident Response Conference.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Miller served as a Vice President at Banner Public Affairs, where she led technology client accounts and founded the firm’s startup practice. She advised clients on issues including encryption, law enforcement access, FCC spectrum policy, and public health technology initiatives, and represented organizations in the aerospace and defense sector with a focus on space and intelligence systems. She began her career on the policy communications team at CTIA, the trade association representing the U.S. wireless communications industry.
