Jenna Diaz-Gonzalez is a social impact leader dedicated to ensuring all communities thrive through leadership, philanthropy and civic engagement. She’s passionate about creating spaces where leaders feel that they belong, are supported, and are equipped with the resources they need to be social change agents.
In her role as VP, Community Development Officer at PNC Bank, she helps drive meaningful impact by offering uniquely structured investment and economic development products in low- to moderate-income communities. Previous to her role at PNC, Jenna led large-scale civic leadership programs that advanced professionals’ skills and inspired them to take action on critical civic and business challenges at the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation. She led delegations of 160+ corporate and civic executives to cities nationwide, exploring best practices in economic development, public-private partnerships, and corporate and civic innovation.
Jenna has held positions in grants management, programs and communications across grantmaking foundations in New York, Arizona and California. She serves as Co-Chair of LatinasGive and was named 2025 Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. Jenna holds a B.S. in Business Management from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College and an MPA from the University of Southern California.
