Eshauna Smith is Ballmer Group’s National Director of Community Impact, where she focuses on improving economic mobility and reducing racial disparities at scale through Place-Based Partnerships and Talent Development. Eshauna holds two decades of experience building and leading organizations to open pathways for youth, including serving as the CEO of Urban Alliance, Senior Policy Advisor for Disconnected Youth and Workforce Development in the DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education, and founding Executive Director of the DC Alliance of Youth Advocates.
