Erika Seth Davies leads Rhia Ventures, a social impact organization that leverages and reimagines capital to advance equity and innovation in women’s health. She previously served as Vice President of External Affairs at ABFE (Association of Black Foundation Executives), where she launched the SMART Investing Initiative to encourage foundations to incorporate a racial equity lens into endowment management and expand opportunities for diverse and women-owned investment firms.
Erika later served as Chief of Staff at the Baltimore Community Foundation and Associate Director of Philanthropy at McDonogh School. She is the founder of The REAL, a social venture that works with investors to transform decision-making and center racial equity in impact investing. Erika earned a BA in English and African Studies from Georgetown University and before beginning her career in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership.
