Beaton
Eleanor Beaton is the CEO and Founder of SAFI, where she built the JEWEL Business System, the sales and scaling operating system installed inside women-owned service businesses to move them from founder-dependent revenue to enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Her work treats women's entrepreneurship as a macroeconomic lever, not a social initiative. The structural thesis: women-owned service businesses are under-architected, not underperforming. Their revenue ceilings, founder overload, and team fragility are infrastructure problems, solvable through installation, not inspiration. This reframes women's entrepreneurship from personal development to economic architecture.
Since 2016, Eleanor has worked directly with more than 1,000 women-led businesses representing $350M+ in collective revenue. Her frameworks have been deployed to 25,000+ women-led businesses globally and adopted by national women's entrepreneurship organizations and economic development institutions. She was among the stakeholders consulted by Canada's former Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland during federal budget development. Her Woman Owned podcast ranks in the top 0.5% worldwide.
