Most recently, Lori served as Executive Vice President of Performance & Workforce Innovation at Salesforce, where she led the company's talent strategy including workforce innovation, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives. She helped Salesforce's global workforce succeed in the age of AI by deploying more efficient processes and organizational structures that drive business performance while providing every worker with resources to grow their career. Previously, as Salesforce's Chief Equality Officer, she implemented equity-focused strategies that enhanced decision-making, fostered inclusive culture, and delivered measurable improvements in employee engagement and diverse representation.

Before Salesforce, Lori spent nearly a decade at McKesson creating the company's first enterprise-wide strategy, processes, and systems for legal, ethics, and regulatory risk areas.
